rostrum shoot

all of last week was spent animating and shooting the skies for my film on the quiet.

there was 32 skies in total.

despite being covered in charcoal for the whole week it was quite thereputic work!

to get the effect i wanted i animated the skies using ground charcoal and powdered graphite with really soft brushes frame by frame. it was really messy and got everywhere (up my nose in my ears!) but was a lot of fun too!; March 10, 2009 at 5:59 PM
